Who you should be.
Who you are.

Your life might look good on paper. But why doesn't it feel like yours?

An 8-week 1:1 program for women who built a life on everyone's expectations but their own, and are ready to pick up the pen and write the next chapter themselves.

Applying isn't a commitment. It's the start of a conversation.

Sound familiar?

Maybe you recognize yourself here

  • On paper, it looks like you've made it. The education, the job, maybe the partner and the home. And still something is missing that you can't quite put your finger on.
  • You keep reaching for the next thing (the trip, the goal, the milestone) hoping this one will finally make you feel like you're enough.
  • You secretly long to try something new. Maybe it is to book that dance class, but your friend can't join, so you wait. You've been on hold for a long time.
  • "I'm fine" comes out so automatically that you've started to actually believe it.
  • You've read the self help books and filled the journals. You understand your feelings perfectly...You just don't feel them.
  • And quietly you wonder: who would I even be without everything I've built myself on? And what would everyone think?

If even one of these landed, you're not alone. And nothing is wrong with you. It's just time to start living your life.

So let's cut the crap! What's happened is you've been living from someone elses manuscript

Somewhere along the way, you learned that your worth is earned. That love comes after the gold star, or that being easy to be around was safer than being yourself.

So you did what capable women do. You performed, beautifully, for years.

The problem is, you can't think your way out of something you learned to feel. That's why the books, the journaling and the positive thinking haven't stuck. Your worth was never going to be found in your head, or in the next box you tick.

For a long time, other people have been holding the pen to your story: their expectations, their comfort, their idea of who you should be. This isn't about tearing the story up. It's about taking the pen back and write your own next chapter.

On the other side of the program

What might be waiting for you in your next chapter

You don't build a whole new life overnight, but you get a different relationship with the one you have. And tools to create the life you want going forward.

  • You notice your bodys signals and act accordingly: like the tightness in your chest and say "let me get back to you" instead of the automatic "yes".
  • You can name your needs and express them ("I'm disappointed", "I need rest") instead of "I'm fine."
  • You make decisions without asking three friends about their opinion first.
  • You book that dance class. Alone. And you go.
  • You know your values well enough to use them as a compass when you need to make big decisions.
  • You feel lighter and happier because you stopped abandoning yourself.
The program

Eight weeks to come home to yourself

A focused, one-to-one foundation in the inner work you were never taught. Not a quick fix to rewrite your whole life, but a launch: you leave with tools you can come back to for the rest of your life.

Phase 1

Awareness

We slow down and look at what's actually running your life: the beliefs, the patterns, and the feelings you've learned to describe instead of feel.

Phase 2

Transformation

We loose what you thought you had to do, or who to be in order to survive, and begin reclaiming what's yours: your needs, your boundaries, your dreams and desires.

Phase 3

Integration

We anchor the change in your everyday life, with an inner compass built on your own values, so the work keeps going long after our eight weeks.

What's included

  • 8 weekly 1:1 sessions with me on Google Meet
  • A recording of every session to return to
  • Reflections and exercises between sessions
  • A welcome package to start you off
  • Email support between sessions when questions come up

Trauma-informed, always

This is coaching, not therapy. You set the pace. Nothing gets forced open, and every emotion is welcome here.

In their words

The first women to do this work

Before working with Sara, I'd "made it" by every standard I set for myself, and still couldn't enjoy any of it.

What I thought was the root of my struggles turned out to be clues pointing somewhere deeper, and being asked the tricky questions got me places I could never have journaled or overthought my way to alone. The biggest shift was learning to quiet my over-analytical brain and tune into my body instead of jumping straight to problem-solving. I loved Sara's mix of real compassion and calling me out on my bullshit, and the old unhelpful scripts were so much easier to release when I could laugh at them alongside someone I trust.

I feel lighter now, and able to enjoy things again. The risk is feeling a little foolish; the reward is an introspective adventure and a whole new set of tools.

Go for it! There's nothing to lose that you'd want to keep.

Before working with Sara, I was working up to separating from my husband and drowning in guilt for wanting a happy, peaceful life, questioning whether I even deserved one, or whether I should just keep surviving to keep everyone else happy. I needed something to help me stay afloat through those first few months.

What shifted was huge: I finally re-set my base sense of self-worth, something I'd been trying to make stick for years, and I talked through so much noise I'd never said out loud to anyone.

Sara gives you the confidence and the safe space to be completely open and honest: she's a calm, warm, understanding haven where your brain can be gently unpicked and reformed.

Now I have boundaries I actually stand by, and a new way of checking in with my feelings instead of locking them down. A life-changing shift at exactly the right time.

Before working with Sara, I was in a huge period of change and carrying a lot of limiting beliefs from childhood, and I hoped this work would help me move forward with more belief and confidence. Over the program I let go of my shame-driven belief about myself and stepped into something so much freer: "I am free to be me and feel alive."

Sara held the most incredible space: always present, responding with real care and a lovely balance of playfulness, compassion and creativity. She's brilliant at walking alongside you as you shift your mindset from limiting to empowering, and she opens doors you didn't even realise were there.

A fundamentally transformative and rich experience I know I'll draw on for a long time to come.

About me

Hi, I'm Sara Josephine

I know what it's like to chase the next achievement for proof that I'm enough, and still feel empty when I get there. Learning to live as myself, instead of as who I thought I had to be, has been the most fulfilling thing I've ever done.

Today I'm a coach, and I walk alongside women in the middle of that same unravelling. I'm not afraid of asking the hard questions or holding big emotions. Every one of them is welcome here.

Why a founding round?

The beta round tested the pieces while I was building them. The founding round is the first time the complete program runs from start to finish.

I'm opening it to just 3–5 women at a founding price, in exchange for your honest feedback, so I can make the final refinements before the public launch. Spots are few because every session is one-to-one with me.

Questions

Things you might be wondering

Is this therapy?

No. This is trauma-informed coaching. We work with where you are now and where you want to go. If something comes up that needs a therapist, I'll tell you honestly.

What if I'm scared of what might change?

That fear makes sense. Nothing in this program asks you to blow up your life. You decide what changes, and when. Most of the change happens on the inside first: in how you listen to yourself, and how you respond.

What if people say I've changed?

They might. Usually it means you've stopped doing what was comfortable for them. We'll talk about how to handle that with care, for them and for you.

I don't really know what I want. Is that okay?

Yes. That's exactly where many women start. Finding out is part of the work.

I've already read the books and journaled. How is this different?

Books give you insight. This gives you a safe space and someone to go deeper with, and support to actually feel and act on what you find, not just understand it.

How much time does it take?

One session a week, plus exercises between sessions. Plan for about 2-3 hours a week in total.

What does it cost?

The founding price is 1.100 €. Payment plan available.

Which language are the sessions in?

English or Swedish, whichever feels most like home to you.

What if I miss a session?

Life happens, and sometimes plans change. If you need to reschedule, all I ask is that you give me at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice are generally considered used, but of course, genuine emergencies happen, and we'll handle those with understanding. That said, this journey is a commitment to yourself, and showing up consistently is part of the transformation. I'll bring my commitment to you, and I ask that you bring yours, too.

The founding round

You built the life you thought you had to - now it’s time to build the one you want.

If something in you whispered "that's me" while reading this, trust it. You don't need to have it all figured out to apply. You just need to be curious about who you could be in 8 weeks, if you wrote your own next chapter.

Only 3–5 spots. Applying isn't a commitment, just the start of a conversation.
