An 8-week program with Sara
I'm too much.
I was never the problem.

You're not stuck. You've been following a script you didn't write — one handed to you so long ago you mistook it for the truth. Eight weeks to find the line that's been running the show, and write a new one.

Doors open [DATE]  ·  Small group  ·  Live, every week

The old script

You know the lines by heart. You never noticed you were reading from a page.

“I'll start once I've got it all figured out.” “I don't want to seem like too much.” “Everyone else just finds this easier.” “Maybe later. When I'm ready.”

These aren't your personality. They're lines you absorbed — from a teacher, a parent, a moment that taught you to shrink. Rewrite is where we find them, look at them in good light, and decide which ones get to stay.

What I believe

You don't need fixing. You need to stop performing a role you were cast in at seven years old.

Most personal growth hands you ten new habits and a journal. I think that's backwards. Change the story underneath, and the habits follow. That's the whole bet of this work.

Story before strategy

Tactics slide off an old identity. We go to the root — the belief running quietly underneath — and start there.

Felt, not just understood

You can know a thing for years and still not believe it in your body. We work where it actually lands.

Yours to author

I don't hand you my answers. I help you find the pen. You leave writing your own lines, not borrowing mine.

The program

Eight weeks. Eight acts. One rewrite.

A guided arc, live with me and a small group. We move from seeing the story clearly, to feeling where it lives, to writing — and living — a truer one. Each week builds on the last.

Acts I–II

See it & feel it

Name the story that's been running the show, and notice where it actually lives in your day and your body.

Acts III–IV

Reveal & unlearn

Trace the line back to where you first learned it — and start loosening its grip on the present.

Acts V–VI

Reclaim & embody

Decide what's actually true for you now, and practise living from it instead of just believing it.

Acts VII–VIII

Anchor & integrate

Make the new story sturdy enough to hold under pressure, so it's still yours long after week eight.

The exact method, exercises and frameworks are walked through live inside the room.

Read this part honestly

This isn't for everyone. On purpose.

You're in the right room if

  • You've done the books, the podcasts, the mindset hacks — and something underneath still hasn't moved.
  • You're successful on paper and quietly exhausted by who you have to be to keep it up.
  • You're ready to be looked at clearly, and to do the actual work between sessions.

Maybe come back later if

  • You want someone to hand you a quick fix you can do passively.
  • You're after advice on the surface, not a look at what's underneath.
  • You don't have a few hours a week to give yourself for eight weeks.
Not sure where to start?

Find out which story is secretly running your life.

Two minutes, four possible scripts. You don't need it to join Rewrite — but it's a sharp place to begin if you want to walk in already knowing your line.

The next round

Same lines, another year. Or a different ending.

Eight weeks from now you'll either be telling yourself the same story — or a truer one you chose on purpose. The page is blank. Let's fill it.
